Build Curiosity into Your Posts
Remove any mention of your company name from any of your videos or posts. This may sound counter intuitive but there is a big reason why you want to never mention your company name in any of your social media posts.
When you mention your company name in your social media posts, people can now go into Google and search your company name. They will form an opinion about the company and business opportunity based on the articles they find and you loose the ability to have a conversation with them as a prospect or lead.
If there are websites or posts that talk about your company in a negative light, then they will make a decision to not check it out and move on. Another thing that may happen is they will find a blog post or article from someone else on Google and will join that person rather than you because there was no way for you to be able to follow up with them if they did not fill out a capture page with their email or phone number.
Not mentioning your company name gives you the advantage of building curiosity in your social media posts. If someone is interested in your products and services, they have to reach out to you to get more information rather than going on Google and you missing out on a lead or prospect.
Weave Lifestyle into Your Social Media Posts
Let people know what you're about through your lifestyle posts.
An example of this is sharing what you are up to. If you're taking a dance class, having dinner with your family, going to the beach, anything outside of the business realm this shows people that you are real and you can incorporate your companies products into your posts without ever having to mention the product or company name. This will have people reaching out to you to be able to find out more about what you're doing.
Focus on Building The Relationship, Not Selling
If you've ever been sent a private message to a link to a opportunity or product on the first interaction, you know how that feels. Instead of selling right off the bat, focus on just building the relationship.
Get to know people, find out what they are interested in, find out what they are about and slowly grow the relationship.
Relationships take time to build, you're not going to be able to get a stranger to buy your products and services on the first interaction because people do business with other people that they know, like and trust. The trust factor takes time to build, so take it easy and just focus on the relationship first, give value and when your audience comes to trust you, then you can make a recommendation on a product or service that you promote if you position it in a way that helps your audience solve their problems.
Brand yourself, not your network marketing company. Branding yourself positions you as the trusted authority in your niche. People don't join companies, they join other people.
By branding yourself, you are setting yourself apart from the thousands of other distributors or reps who are promoting and selling the same products or services.

Communities are powerful, everyone wants a sense of belonging and if you can create a community of customers who love your products, they will continue to buy from you time and time again.
There are different ways for you to build communities online, one would be to build a fan page of people who love your brand and your content. Another way would be to start private facebook groups for your customers or team members.
Provide valuable content to your audience and make sure you speak to their pains, problems, and challenges. Offer solutions to the problems they are looking to solve.
