Product or OpportunityBig question that comes up when talking to prospects is, should you lead with your product or opportunity?  The answer depends on who you are speaking to, after you've built up some rapport and understand what it is they are truly looking for.

This post will help you determine whether to lead with your product or opportunity…

The Next Level…

If you're serious about taking your business to the next level, there might be just a few skills that you're missing. A lot of network marketers are missing out on the lead generation and branding side of the marketing equation.  Network marketers believe in the Personal Development aspect of building their businesses, but haven't been taught the skills of How to Generate Leads Online or Branding Themselves.

I found an Attraction Marketing training platform that taught me the skills of generating leads online and branding myself as an authority. So if you are looking to reach the next level in your business, begin to brand yourself, AND surround yourself with a community that can help teach you these skills, I highly recommend checking out this platform You and your business deserve this!

Should You Lead with Your Product or Opportunity

When you're talking to prospects about your business and thinking whether or not to lead with your product or opportunity, it's actually not the right question you should be asking yourself.

The real question you should be asking yourself is:

What Does Your Audience Want?

As you grow your brand, you're going to start to get leads from different platforms.  Really think about this question, “What Does Your Audience Actually Want?”

Until you actually make a connection with your prospect through the phone or an online survey, we don't know what it is that they truly want until they tell us.

In your marketing efforts, what is your goal?

Who is it that you are trying to reach?

Who does your brand speak to and what problem is your business trying to solve for a particular target market?

What is Your Brand?

Who Do You Serve?

Before you can even determine whether or not to lead with your product or opportunity, you first need to define your Brand.

Here is a previous post I did on the 4 Simple Steps to Branding Yourself Online that can help you define your brand.

Once you know who you are and who you are speaking to, it'll be easier to determine whether or not to lead with your product or opportunity because it stems from your own brand and your target market's needs.

Getting clarity on your brand will help you determine whether or not it's a good fit to lead with your product or opportunity.
